Within the scope of Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (\u201cPDPL\u201d), Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and other relevant legislative provisions, Silta\u015f Yap\u0131 \u0130n\u015faat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim \u015eirketi (\u201cCompany\u201d) wishes to inform you and obtain your consent regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages.<\/p>\n\n

Relevant persons have the right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages without stating any reason and without paying any fee. In this context, you may withdraw your consent at any time and terminate the receipt of commercial electronic messages by using the refusal mechanisms included in the messages sent to you.<\/p>\n\n
