This disclosure and consent text has been prepared by Silta\u015f Yap\u0131 \u0130n\u015faat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim \u015eirketi (the “Company”), acting as the data controller, for the purpose of obtaining the explicit consent of data subjects regarding the processing of their personal data by the Company within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”), and to inform data subjects about the matters specified in Article 10 and the rights of the data subject specified in Article 11 of the Law during the acquisition of personal data.<\/p>\n\n

  1. DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    In this disclosure text:<\/p>\n\n

    Personal Data:<\/strong> Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,<\/p>\n\n

    Data Controller:<\/strong> The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system,<\/p>\n\n

    Data Processor:<\/strong> The natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority granted by them,<\/p>\n\n

    KVKK:<\/strong> Refers to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.<\/p>\n\n

    1. METHODS OF OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Silta\u015f Yap\u0131 \u0130n\u015faat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e. (the “Company”) as the data controller within the framework described below. Your personal data is obtained through any verbal, written, or electronic means, for the purpose of offering the products and services provided by the Company within the determined legal framework in line with the aforementioned purposes, and for our Company to fully and accurately fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities in this context.<\/p>\n\n

      Your personal data is collected in electronic or physical environments. It is collected through automatic or non-automatic means via forms filled in physical environments, our company’s website and contact forms, social media messages, digital application channels, and email communications, as well as documents such as contracts and offers; your personal data collected for the legal reasons stated in this Disclosure Text may be processed and shared within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.<\/p>\n\n

      1. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Your personal data is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purposes of planning and executing activities necessary to recommend and promote the products and services offered by the Company to relevant individuals by customizing them according to their preferences, usage habits, and needs; carrying out the necessary work by business units to enable relevant individuals to benefit from the products and services offered by the Company and executing related business processes; carrying out the necessary work by relevant business units to conduct the commercial activities of the Company and executing related business processes; planning and executing the commercial and\/or business strategies of the Company; and ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the Company and relevant individuals who have a business relationship with the Company.<\/p>\n\n

        Additionally, your personal data may be processed when you use our call centers or website, visit our Company or website, or participate in training, seminars, or organizations organized by our Company.<\/p>\n\n

        1. PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE SHARED AND SHARING METHODS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          Your personal data may be shared with the Company’s business partners and suppliers, legally authorized institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private law legal entities, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, including for the purposes of planning and executing activities necessary to recommend and promote the products and services offered by the Company to relevant individuals by customizing them according to their preferences, usage habits, and needs; carrying out the necessary work by business units to enable relevant individuals to benefit from the products and services offered by the Company and executing related business processes; carrying out the necessary work by relevant business units to conduct the commercial activities of the Company and executing related business processes; planning and executing the commercial and\/or business strategies of the Company; and ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the Company and relevant individuals who have a business relationship with the Company.<\/p>\n\n

          1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

            Data subjects, by applying to the company acting as the data controller, have the right to:<\/p>\n\n

            obtain information as to whether their personal data is being processed,<\/p>\n\n

            request documents related to the processing of personal data if it has been processed,<\/p>\n\n

            examine whether their personal data has been processed in accordance with procedures and the law,<\/p>\n\n

            obtain information about the private\/legal persons to whom personal data has been transferred, request the rectification of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,<\/p>\n\n

            request the erasure of personal data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the relevant Law,<\/p>\n\n

            request that the operations carried out under subparagraphs (d) and (e) of Article 11 of the relevant Law be notified to the persons to whom the personal data has been transferred,<\/p>\n\n

            object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,<\/p>\n\n

            request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.<\/p>\n\n

            1. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS BY THE DATA SUBJECT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

              Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you may submit your request regarding the exercise of your aforementioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any other method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing, as required by the KVKK. In this context, the channels and procedures for submitting your written application to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK are explained below.<\/p>\n\n
